We are seeking Call Centre Advisors to join us on a fixed-term contract until November 2025 and be a part of the magic that brings joy to millions. We're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. 

 

As a vital member of our dynamic team, you'll handle incoming enquiries and manage bookings through emails, live chats, and phone calls. We're seeking individuals with a remarkable telephone manner and a passion for providing exceptional service to ensure every guest feels valued and loved.

 

In this multifaceted role, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring swift and professional responses to enquiries. Your guest-centric approach will help you exceed expectations and enhance guest stays by introducing additional products to our Short Breaks packages. Your commitment to guest satisfaction and data protection compliance will be unwavering.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide guests with information, support, and expert advice, mastering our booking system to facilitate guest orders seamlessly.
  • Ensure a lightning-fast response rate in line with our exceptional standards.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the attractions you work with.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet personal and team targets.
  • Take on additional duties as they arise, contributing to the spellbinding experiences we create daily.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing customer service, sales, upselling, and swift resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Ability to achieve objectives and surpass sales targets in our dynamic Contact Centre environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, thriving in challenging moments.
  • Upbeat and approachable personality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and time management expertise, effortlessly adapting to ever-changing priorities and demands.

 

You will need to be available to work shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays. We offer a minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week.
