We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join our team at our central Gateway Contact Centre based in Chertsey, Surrey. Although this role is not a remote role, after your probationary period, hybrid working may be available.

Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing guests of our fantastic attractions, via communication channels (live chat, telephone, and email).
Every guest is different, so you’ll identify each guests’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a first response resolution.
Please be aware that this role is not part of Thorpe Park Resort and is based in a contact centre next door to the theme park! You must be reasonably located to commute to Chertsey. This is a permanent role. Full-time (32.5) hours offered, from 0900 – 16:30. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this may include occasional weekends and bank holidays as required.
