Guest Excellence Engagement Coordinator

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, hours can be between 8am – 7pm on a rotational basis in alignment with our operational calendar

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort we are moving into our Autumn / Winter season with an exciting line up of events ahead, and we are looking for a Guest Excellent Engagement Coordinator to join the team!

This is a key role within our Guest Excellent Team, with a strong focus on how our awesome colleagues can positively impact our guest KPIs, where you will deliver new and impactful improvements to our internal culture.

You will be working closely with our Learning and Engagement Team to continuously review and improve our colleague journey, from new starters to long serving members of Team LEGOLAND!

You’ll confidently handle both guest and colleague data to inform your internal communications strategy, always seeking to elevate our colleague experience which will, in turn, elevate our guest experience across the Resort.

• You will be proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Proven experience with delivering internal communications across various platforms
• Confident with stakeholder management and interacting with colleagues of all levels, from our awesome front line guest hosts to our senior leadership team
• Ideally you’ll have previously worked on a internal culture campaign with successful improvement metrics and measurable progress
• Of course, you will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engaging content
• You will be passionate about exceptional guest and colleague experiences, with excellent time management skills

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Guest Excellence Engagement Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
