Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Senior Ride Operator & Trainer to join our Rides & Attractions team!

In this role you will operate efficiently and safely multiple Rides & Attractions, ensuring that safety is never compromised. Operating our Type 1 and 2 Rides, you will lead by example, demonstrating the safest, most efficient, and guest-friendly operation, whilst also taking pride in your ride areas.

Training will be an ongoing focus as well as championing the on-the-job coaching to ensure empowered team members who are confident and competent in delivering their duties.

Health and safety remains the number one priority, so you will need to ensure all operational and safety concerns are promptly reported to the Team Leaders or relevant departments.

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Must be Full Time and fully flexible, able to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
• Previous ride experience is desired.
• A strong understanding of the Health & Safety priorities within the department.
• A passion for our business and a genuine want for our families to have an awesome day out.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and high levels of energy are essential for this demanding role.
• You will have the ability to remain composed and confident at all times, even when under pressure.
