We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced permanent Entertainment’s Audio Visual Core Technical Team Leader to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, part of one of the largest and most diverse entertainment companies in the world!

 

In this role you will lead the Entertainment departments’ core operations audio visual technical team, ensuring that our permanently installed show and attraction technical systems are maintained and operated in strict compliance with health and safety legislation and best practice at all times.  This unique role not only encompasses the technical team leadership of traditional live entertainment based shows, but also the highly specialised automated lighting, audio, video, show control, and special effects systems used throughout our world-class rides and attractions, utilising some of the latest cutting edge technical equipment within the theme park industry.

 

Your skill set and knowledge will need to be truly diverse encompassing theatrical lighting systems, DSP based live and installed networked audio and mixers, show control/networking, video projection mapping, special effects, stage rigging, mains electrical systems, team leadership and motivational ability, planning/scheduling, written/verbal communication skills, and above all excellent industry health and safety awareness and training,
