Housekeeping Trainer
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid, variable hours
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Housekeeping Trainer to join our AWESOME Hotel Housekeeping Team!
Our Hotel Housekeeping Team look after our three resort accommodations, delivering a high standard of cleanliness, excellent guest interactions and efficient, timely room turnarounds. The Housekeeping Trainer will ensure that our new starters receive all of the training they need in order to deliver on our guest SLAs, which in turn will support our guest KPIs.
The aim of this role is to consistently improve the performance and skill of our workforce, both our new starters and existing team members. Your role is key in ensuring that our company policies and procedures are met at all times, and that the housekeeping team have all the skills they need to exceed our guests’ expectations.
You’ll be exceptionally organised and confident to deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions, driving high standards from day 1 of a new starters’ employment with us. You’ll be leading the team and giving feedback on the ground from room inspections to probation reviews, from performance improvement plans to maintaining training records, this role is varied and hugely valuable to the housekeeping team and our guests.
