We are seeking a Performance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operational running of the performance department and help bring The London Dungeon’s unique brand of scary and fun to life for our many visitors.

In this role, you will report directly to the Performance Manager and be responsible for overseeing the performance team. You will ensure the department maintains exceptionally high standards in show creation, costume quality and show specification monitoring.

As a Performance Supervisor, you will guide performance trainers through workshops and training, supporting the Performance Manager and Head of Performance in delivering a unique and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll also take charge of engaging daily briefings to motivate the team and will play a key part in recruiting, coaching, supporting and developing our talented team of Actors.

This is a full-time permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, including working a regular fair share of weekends and bank holidays as required.

• Experience within a performance team, ideally in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage and deliver high standards of performance
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to train and induct new team members on health and safety specific to the attraction
• Strong communication and motivational skills with a focus on team development and coaching
• A background in a fast-paced and entertainment-focus environment
