Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Assistant Attraction Manager to join our High Ropes team!

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of the team, supporting the Attraction Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, and playing a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests while driving the success of our site.

You will ensure high guest satisfaction and safety standards, leading and motivating a large team to achieve goals and targets, and driving site development while maximising business opportunities. You will also need to demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and make key decisions in real time.

• Experience in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of leading teams and managing busy operations
• A positive attitude, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring the success of the site
• Demonstrated experience in managing standards across a diverse team in various roles throughout the site
• Experience in the outdoor industry is preferred, but not essential
• FAW (First Aid at Work) training is preferred, but not essential
