What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the Waterpark management team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Supervise and support the lifeguard team, reporting daily to the Assistant Leisure Operations Managers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for both guests and staff.
• Lead by example, ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

What we’re looking for:

• Supervisory experience in a similar role.
• A passion for safety and guest experience.
• A team player with great communication skills.
• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain it.
