This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7. Our attraction is open daily so full availability is needed, as you’ll be expected to work your fair share of weekends and school/bank holidays.

• An ability to adapt your approach to fit the model brief and the audience (kids, families, LEGO enthusiasts etc). Identifying customer needs and providing proactive solutions to improve their experience, resolving customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Kid-Approved Communication; you know how to speak to children at their level, creating a fun and engaging environment without talking down to them.
• Problem-solving abilities and someone who is detail oriented, with an ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly; as well as collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
• A Star on Camera; comfortable be filmed whether it’s for TV, social media, or other promotional activities.
