Reporting into the Performance Supervisor, you’ll ensure the efficient operational and artistic running of the department, supporting the delivery of exceptionally high theatrical performance standards to help bring our iconic fairy-tale characters to life. You’ll be delighting and entertaining guests from all over the world. 

You’ll ensure the actors are trained in make-up techniques, costume presentation, prop use and get in to costume yourself. You will guide the cast while supporting the performance supervisory team in maintaining a memorable visitor experience.

As Performance Trainer you will have the opportunity to direct new actors with all of Shrek's famous characters and show learning as well as getting involved yourself.

This is a permanent role and due to the 7-day nature of the business this would include weekends and bank holidays as required.

As part of this role, you will be required to portray female-presenting characters. We encourage applications from candidates of all gender identities and expressions who feel confident in performing such roles.
