In this unique role where no two days are ever the same, you’ll routine planned preventative maintenance tasks and inspections and associated record keeping. From reactive and minor repair works, to attending callouts/breakdowns during the working day, you’ll carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as and when required.

You’ll take full responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks, carrying out skilled planned maintenance, repair and improvements and record keeping. In addition to this you’ll help maintain plant, equipment, buildings, and assets, diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, painting and decoration, plumbing and general facilities planned and reactive maintenance. You’ll also perform the department duty technician role as sole point of contact and responsible for delivering critical breakdown solutions to the business in a professional and friendly manner.

This is a permanent hourly paid role. Working 5 days out of 7 including regular weekends (every other during peak season and school holiday periods).

• Confident and calm working alone and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Experience working in a similar role within Facilities Maintenance in a commercial setting or as a professional plumber
• Experience and skills in planning and prioritising their own work
• Willingness to train and gain additional job specific skills
• Must have a valid UK driving license
• Working at height qualification’s; IPAF & PASMA desirable.
